Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, campaign or organization, requested services, and message. If you email us, we may retain the sender, recipient, subject line, message content, and related delivery information.
We and our infrastructure providers may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, referral URL, and security or diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, discuss or deliver services, operate and secure the site, maintain our records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
When you select "Accept analytics & advertising" in our cookie banner, we activate Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies to collect device identifiers, IP address, browser information, pages viewed, and interactions with our site. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site use. We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and, where permitted, to reach people who have interacted with our site.
Our website does not load these optional tools unless you opt in. We do not send the contents of your contact-form submission to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. You may decline optional tracking or reopen Cookie preferences from the footer at any time. Google and Meta process information under their own privacy terms.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the site and communications, including Railway for hosting, database, and private file storage, and Resend for email delivery and inbound-email processing. If you opt in to optional tracking, Google and Meta receive the related analytics and advertising data described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or services.
We do not sell or rent contact information. The Meta Pixel may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some privacy laws, but it operates only after your opt-in.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries and business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain our relationship and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We periodically review stored communications and will delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing contact@sunbeltsolutions.org. We will respond as required by applicable law. You can also control cookies through your browser, though essential site functions may depend on necessary cookies.
SMS and 10DLC privacy notice
Submitting a contact form or providing a phone number to Sunbelt does not enroll you in marketing or recurring text messages. If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Sunbelt, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers that support message delivery only as needed to provide our messaging services. This notice applies to Sunbelt's own messaging programs. Client campaign texting programs are governed by the applicable campaign's own notice and consent process.
Children and changes
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the most recent revision.
